Mariah and Nick Done?
Wow, just read that MC and Nick are done!
This is terribly sad, MC's second marriage, and the poor kids. I wonder how long they've been dealing with their issues, while staying for the kids. It's sad when the cycle seems to repeat itself. (her mom and dad separated)
It seems though, that breakups and heartache make the most amazing albums. Perhaps we one day we will hear what happened through MC's music. You can still hear remnants in some of her later material concerning what went down with her and Tommy Mottolla and that ended back in the 90s. Some scars do run deep, however.

Having each others back
One of the best feelings is when there are days when you're down or things aren't going so well and your other half knows how to say or do something that lessens life's stresses and makes you feel all better.
This has to be one of the most positive aspects of being in a partnership with someone you love and understands you.
Its magical when synergy develops and your mate instinctively knows when your down and knows what to do to lift you back up.

Nick and Mariah Split

Wow, another couple on the outs.
This just reminds me that every couple is human regardless of financial or social status. We all deal with the same issues and one of the main ones is getting along and co-existing in harmony. This is not easy. Finding a mate is just step one but then so much work and sacriface and compromise goes into making it work and last. I can only imagine how money, fame, and having children complicates the problems they already have btw the two of them.
I wish both well and hope they can find a solution that doesn't involve a permanent breakup.

Time is so fast when you're having fun. Any bunch of firsts can be fun, exciting, scary, and thrilling. How often do you sit down with your other half and go down memory lane. Do you two ever disagree on the exact details? How does this make you feel?
Try making a list of first and compare answers. If this list of firsts evokes special good feelings, try to figure out and focus on what made those things make you feel a certain way. Think of how fun it would be to experience those feelings again and again.
